After 2 years of working under a CSEP, you can apply for Stamp 4, which allows you to live and work in Ireland without needing a permit and it is a stepping stone toward long-term residency and citizenship.
Your spouse or de facto partner can apply for a Dependant/Partner/Spouse Employment Permit - no critical skills or minimum salary requirements apply to them.
Once you register and receive your Irish Residence Permit (IRP), you may access: public healthcare (with fees), Irish driver’s license, PPS number (for tax and social services).
Support for Family Reunification, you can sponsor spouse/partner and dependent children to join you in Ireland, children can attend public schools under the same residency status Once The Irish company is incorporated, registered with the Revenue Commissioner for PAYE/PRSI, application may be initiated.
