• Business registration (including Tax registration, First Year’s registered business address and 3 months’ board-member service).
Any extra services that come along with Business Incorporation, are charged separately as per our relevant proposals.
• Business plan review (or refinement) and structuring for the relevant authority.
• Support with Business Finland’s evaluation or ELY Centre’s business feasibility review.
• Full coordination of immigration procedures for founders and their dependents (immediate core family members).
Once the company is incorporate, the process with the ELY viability check and entrepreneur- permit application can begin.
