Katerina Evripidou, an outstanding legal professional with a strong academic and practical background in law. Katerina is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh, where she earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.), and also holds a Bachelor’s in Law (LL.B.) from the University of Essex. Throughout her academic journey, Katerina focused on Company and Corporate Law, Litigation, and Legal Ethics, areas in which she continues to excel professionally.

Since June 2018, Katerina has gained extensive experience in various legal, regulatory, and compliance roles, and is currently serving as a Compliance Officer and Legal Advocate. In this capacity, she has demonstrated a deep understanding of corporate law, international regulations, and company law, with particular expertise in areas such as Blockchain, Crypto (MICA), Brokerage, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislations.

Katerina has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association of Lawyers since 2026 and is concurrently a UK-qualified licensed legal professional and paralegal, admitted under the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) in the UK. She is fully authorized to practise law across Cyprus and the European Union, adept at navigating complex legal and regulatory frameworks, providing judicious counsel, and ensuring strict adherence to the highest professional and ethical standards in all matters.
