The first step is to go to FINA to do a company name. You can search this name using this portal. After finding a name, you need to notarize your documents. This is done at the court register. At this stage, all founders must be present. The notary will then forward the documents to HITRO. Next, you should apply for registration into the court register with all the notarized documents. You should pay the required fees at any FINA branch. After this, HITRO will forward the application to the competent commercial court. You will receive a decision within 24 hours. You should then forward these documents to the Office of HITRO.
Finally, you should open a bank account, e-pension, e-health, and register with the relevant tax authority.
